Returns

All products are second-hand, unless specified, believed to be in good working order and sold in good faith. We have a 100% record of happy customers!

All customers are covered by UK Distance Selling Regulations and PayPal's own stringent regulations: you have every right to a refund if you return purchased products to us within seven days of delivery and receive a refund PROVIDING:

• You take reasonable care of the product while in your possession
• You ensure products are not exposed to extremes of environments, including extremes of heat, cold, moisture, chemical, electrostatic, magnetic, electrical or mechanical environments. No waving magnets at, sitting on nor pouring acid on the products please! 
• You pay postage and packaging of returning goods to us via recorded delivery
• Returned goods must be returned in packaging of a similar or superior standard to the original packaging we originally sent the goods to you in; e.g. electrostatic sensitive equipment is packaged in electrostatically shielded packaging
